SSAC publishes its consultation report on the Welfare Reform Drugs Recovery Pilots that were proposed by the previous Government. DWP Ministers have announced that they do not plan to take forward these pilots. The SSAC report and a copy of the letter from Maria Miller (DWP Minister) to the SSAC Chair are available below.

SSAC commences public consultation on a set of proposed regulations: The Income Support and Employment and Support Allowance (Work-Focused Interviews, Work-Related Activity, etc.) (Lone Parents and Partners) Regulations 2010 - to enable the introduction of the Progression to Work pathfinders from 25 October 2010.
